His hat is the same sombrero piece used for the Maraca Man minifigure from Series 2 and the Taco Tuesday Guy from the Lego Movie minifigure series however her it appears for the first time (I think) in black. The hat has detailed ornate printing around the rim. His torso only has printing on the front but again is very detailed. I particularly like the eagle belt buckle and the detailing which matches the hat. The Legs look like a fairly boring black at first but from the side you can see the same detailing used on the hat and the torso. Behind the big mustache piece you can see the face of a very happy gentleman. He obviously loves his work.
His accessory is possibly the biggest draw for most people as he has for what I understand is the first Lego minifigure acoustic guitar. We've had a few different styles of electric guitars in the various minifigure series but this is the first acoustic.
In summary this is another great figure and my favourtie of the series. He has fantastic details from head to toe and includes some unique accessories. His hat was the most obvious thing to feel for in the bag in my opinion but you can also find the acoustic guitar which has a very unique shape.
